Scheduling Appointments Online
To schedule an appointment online:
Go to
www.PatientAlly.com
- Click “Sign Up Now”
- Select a username and fill in the required fields.
- Go to “Providers” and select “Manage Providers” in the drop down box.
- Click “Add New Provider.”
- Search for Dr. Shawn Moyer in Pennsylvania
- Select the Dr. Moyer at PO Box 88, Rossville, PA 17358
- Enter the provider code 101481
- Agree to the terms of the privacy agreement.
- The office will receive a request to link you to the practice. Once this has been approved, you will be able to make appointments, submit medical history information, and send and receive secure messages. If you have any questions, contact the office at 717-502-4149
